The review stars aren't appearing in the Sticky Buy Now Button bar

This happens when Sticky Buy Now Button bar is unable to locate the review stars on your product page. 

If you do not have HTML / CSS experience, please contact support for assistance. 

If you do have HTML / CSS experience, please follow the steps below to update the Review Stars Selector field in the app:

  1. Visit a product page in the Chrome browser
  2. Right-click on the overall review stars field and select Inspect Element
  3. Copy the class name or ID of the review stars container element sbb-star-selector.png
  4. Open the Sticky Buy Now Button app
  5. Click on Advanced Settings and paste the class name or ID of your review stars container element in to the Review Stars Selector field sbb-stars-selector-field.png
  6. Save changes
  7. Confirm the review stars are appearing in the bar now. If they're not, please contact support for assistance.
