The Sticky Buy Now Button bar isn't appearing

The most common causes of the Sticky Buy Now Button bar not appearing are:

  1. The shop theme has a fixed vertical menu on the left or the right side of the page: Sticky Buy Now Button is not compatible with themes that have this type of menu. 
  2. Sticky Buy Now Button is unable to locate the add to cart button on your product pages.

If you do have HTML / CSS experience, please try updating the  Buy Button Selector field as follows:

  1. Visit a product page in the Chrome browser
  2. Right-click on your add to cart button and select Inspect Element
  3. Copy the class name or ID of your add to cart button 
  4. Open the Sticky Buy Now Button app
  5. Click on Advanced Settings then paste the class name or ID of your add to cart button in to the Buy Button Selector field 
  6. Save your changes
  7. Confirm the Sticky Buy Now Button bar is appearing. If it's not, please contact support for assistance.
