Shopper and Stock Remaining Counter isn't showing any inventory amount for products

For Shopper and Stock Remaining Counter to show inventory counts for products, the products' variants must have:

  1. inventory tracking enabled in Shopify
  2. an inventory amount greater than 0

Please confirm your products meet the two requirements above.

If they do and inventory amounts still are not showing please contact support for assistance.
